So I’m in the midst of moving in with my significant other and I’m taking my sweet time because it’s a lot of work moving and I’m just not wanting to pick up boxes. Sometimes, I feel like I’m the laziest person in the world. So instead of moving, I’ll recap the past week. Procrastination at it’s finest! I did one of those lazy posts where I just put photos up from my trip to Victoria, British Columbia. Sometimes, I choose the easy way out! I tried to channel my inner Martha and made this zesty citrus dressing. However, my

I am on some weird diet binge where I just want to drink my meals. Like yeah, give me that smoothie. It’s delicious. You know what? I’ll have that protein drink that tastes like Hershey flavored chalk. It’s great. Oh hand me that rum and coke. Wait, what? I think I’ve gotten so lazy that the idea of chewing my food is too much work. How did I get to this point? Let’s look at my past posts: I want to dress like Dakota Fanning and go from grungy to completely angelic at the swish of a sparkly dress. I

I feel like this week flew by and I sort of lived it in a haze. Ever feel that way? This week on the blog… I relived my childhood a bit in The Royal British Columbia Museum. By that I mean that I went through this place in THE BEST WAY EVER. I went to the Washington State Fair and nearly vomited at the prices. WTF, this is not family friendly if families can’t afford it! After getting the money sucked out of my bank account, the only way to make me feel better was by eating some homemade cake.

Helloooooo everyone, and I hope you’ve been enjoying the changing of the seasons! Summer is almost done, and I’m crying a little inside. I’m not ready for the cold! Anywaaaaays, let’s catch up on some blog posts! I visited the Washington State Fair and had a little too much fun hanging out in Timber Gulch. I relived one of my more snazzy moments by telling you all about the Madera Hotel in Washington D.C. I had an experience that made me questions what “Stop” means and why people would view its definition differently. I’ve been stupid with my money at

Hello, everyone. I hope you’ve enjoyed a fabulous week and are ready for the next to come. Here’s what happened in mine! I fell in love with the Deborah Lippmann Black Magic Woman Nail Polish. The iridescence it gives off is just everything I could ask for and more in a nail lacquer! I talked trash by lugging out my empties and telling you what’s what on what I’ve used up. Kept the beauty talk going by talking about one of my favorite things, the Brush Guard. They actually keep my brushes on point. I’m continuing this absurd exercising trend

Catch up on all of the week’s posts here! I dug into my cookbooks, and decided to make this delicious Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal. I had forgotten how good a great bowl of porridge could taste! The healthy choices continued this week with my continued attendance at Barre class. Miracle of miracles, the class hasn’t actually killed me yet. I recounted my trip to the 1950’s, aka the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk in Delaware. The place was riddled with pizza and fries but I enjoyed the sun, sand, and good old fashioned fun! Sometimes I window shop like I can afford fancy

Another week has gone by leading to another recap! Here we go: I was definitely into the nails this week, having written two posts regarding nail polish. The latest has me going on about Deborah Lippmann’s “Hot Child in the City.” You can also see “Hot Child in the City” in another attempt at nail art. I was a wee bit embarrassed this week when people actually took a second look at my nails! I love to check out designer pieces even if they are no longer on trend. The Chloe Paraty Handbag is everything I want my fashion lifestyle

This week was quite exciting for me! I moved to self hosting and officially have my own domain! No more having WordPress in my URL. It’s officially www.kristenexperiments.com. This means that I am now wading through code and trying to fix whatever mistakes I made in the transition, but most importantly I want to make sure that I keep my subscribers and the wonderful friendships I’ve made here! I also successfully completed another Barre class! On top of it, I sorta-kinda almost did well too! Except for the bursts of laughter during the planks… I attempted a Blueberry and Mint Smoothie. Final
