How are you guys doing? Has quarantine caused you to go a little stir crazy? Have you binged watch so much Netflix that you can’t handle it anymore? Are you craving a weekend out because you wonder when the next time you’ll be able to eat at a restaurant without worrying about social distancing will be? Me too. But, I did other things this week too! I can’t forget about beauty during a crisis! It’s been the perfect opportunity to learn more about cyclomethicone! I wrote a letter to Portland, Oregon–My last outing before COVID19 shut down the world. One

Week in Review #18
This week has been anxiety ridden and stressful all because of the Coronavirus. Coronavirus, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you. People are dying, events are getting cancelled and there is a severe lack of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Plus, the stock market is only plunging into an abyss. But whatevs, it’s the return of my week in reviews, so let’s check out what happened: I’ve been fan girling over Cargo’s Blush “Catalina” since it makes me look all healthy and natural. I talk about seeing the National Museum of Natural History and looking at giant gemstones!
Week in Review #17
Before we discuss anything else, can we just respect my hair for a moment? I chopped it and now I’ve re-colored it. I’m walking around telling people I feel like I have someone else’s hair attached to my head. Like a stole the super stylish wig worn to some fabulous charity auction dinner thing. My week seemed to center around food this week. Of course it would being Thanksgiving happened, which is usually just a reason to stuff our faces with way too much food and say we’re grateful. But I swear. I really AM grateful! I tried Cauliflower Steak
Week in Review #16
First off, many MANY apologies for not being around too much to answer comments and explore blogs. I got hit with a whammy of a sickness this week that took me OUT. I’ve still got the sniffles and my nose actually feels swollen. Yikes! Anywho, I GEEKED OUT over this Kate Spade bathroom, and some of you solved the riddle of the chair in there for me! Purse placement? Check! I wish I could go back there (New York is pretty far away at the moment) if only to check out my new hairstyle in that bathroom. Like I said,
Week in Review #15
I just binge watched several episodes of Sailor Moon and am now questioning my life choices and why I never grew up. But let’s stop there and talk about last week’s posts shall we? Veteran’s Day was Monday and I had to take a moment to think about the sacrifices our soldiers make and to say “Thank You”. I waxed poetic about Laura Vandervoort’s ability to pick the best dresses. I made and subsequently scarfed down some Chocolate Pound Cake. I reminisce about seeing the ballet “The Nutcracker” performed by the Pacific Northwest Ballet. Want to talk about Russet Potatoes?
Week in Review #14
This week feels like its been so easy to get through. How weird is that? Even Monday wasn’t a drag. Missed any posts this week? Find them here: I discussed Fahrenheit 451 and how Ray Bradbury predicted the future. I’ve been hardcore loving on this Butternut Squash Macaroni and Cheese. I tell you all about my quest for pizza in New York City and my dining experience at Ray’s Pizza. I don’t have much to say on body skincare but I AM loving the Paula’s Choice Resist Skin Revealing Body Lotion with 10% AHA. Tatte was my safe haven in
Week in Review #13
Halloween was awesome, because since I’ve moved in with the man, we get actual trick or treaters! They were so adorable that I kept telling them to take handfuls of candy. Now I’m in sugar withdrawal because I mistakenly thought my post-Halloween candy stash would be bigger. Oh well. It was totally worth it seeing how stoked the kids were to get extras! And now, let’s see how much extra-ness you guys got this week! Five favorite things for October 2019! My favorite-favorite is the full length floor mirror though. It’s way too big and that’s why I love it.
Week in Review #12
I was supposed to get my hair cut but then it got cancelled. I was supposed to see a haunted house but it got cancelled. I’m supposed to go to a party tonight. Who wants to bet it gets cancelled? Heeee, I hope not, there are going to be tacos and kittens there! See what *wasn’t* cancelled this week! I’ve got something new started with Blogs & Vlogs I love. I decided to discuss I Covet Thee and Hunida’s Blog. I love them both. I took a walk on the elegant side of things and made almond orange Panna Cotta.
Week in Review #11
I. am. sick. I’m not a good person when I’m sick. I’m grouchy and tired and angry that food doesn’t sound appetizing. I love food. What is happening to meeeee? Regardless, I still managed to churn some sort of written whatever out this week. See that last sentence? It’s garbled because I’m SICK. (Overdramatic, yes. BUT I’M SICK.) I take a look at the Kryolan Icicle Gel and am left baffled and a wee bit grossed out by the snotty texture. Take a walk with me through Central Park in New York City, where I draw the line on how

Operation: Move In With Boyfriend is going smoothly and slowly. By that, I mean, the place looks wrecked and if I could move in any more of a chaotic fashion, the house and maybe the world would fall apart. I swear I make these things way harder on myself! Enough about me, let’s talk about me more by discussing crap I wrote. I edit my face big time and then try to cobble together a reason that’s pretty much not a reason, but whatevs. I enjoyed it. Little Black Dress? Yes, and lots of them! This trip to the museum
