So, by the title, it’s pretty obvious what my resolution was last year right? But I had no idea what this year would bring.
Like my sudden desire to return to grad school and actually getting accepted into several programs. Or actually deciding to treat my body right and inflict Barre and Strength and Sculpt classes on it. Or, the love of my life proposing and knowing he’s a super amazing guy that I’m stupidly lucky to have. Or, that people would actually read this blog and want me to show up in their reader. I feel like I am a walking cliche but 2019 rocked and I have a feeling with grad school coming up that 2020 will be a total slap in my face, but I’m going to ride the wave while I can!
I also finally got off my rear and started doing the traveling I’d always longed to do! In 2019 I got to write about:
- New Orleans, Louisiana
- Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
- Seattle, Washington
- Washington D.C.
- Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
- New York City, New York
- Boston, Massachusetts
- and although I haven’t written about it yet: Orange County, California
I suspect my traveling won’t be quite as intense this upcoming year but… I’m sure I’ll find a way to go places!
Thank you all so much for following along and reading my words. It’s been a wonderful year and there will be more to come!

Thank you so much for the well wishes. Fingers crossed that I manage to write a little bit better every day 🙂
have you been to the last every block buster in Bend, Oregon.
No, not yet, but what an interesting destination! It’d feel like traveling back to the 90’s!
