Just thought I’d provide another illustration of why Sephora has progressively gotten suckier. I ordered from them merely to clean out my beauty bank balance so I wouldn’t have any unfinished business with them. I received my order, went for the packing slip to make sure all of my things arrived aaaaand… I got Melissa’s packing slip who lives in New Jersey. Not Kristen’s packing slip for Washington.
Well, this explains the spate of wrong items being shipped out. Seriously
Sephora?! You are two for two in screwing up when it comes to my orders. Moral of the story? Forget about ordering online from Sephora. Their customer service and shipping management is a shambles.

Lolz, I’m making a point of only buying from them if its absolutely necessary — like they are the only ones that supply the product I need. Otherwise? I’d rather buy from a place with quality customer service!
