We are going to ignore my hair, which needs an intervention, stat.

NARS – Illuminator in “BLKR”

I put this ALL OVER MY FACE first thing, and I love the healthy glow it gives. I felt all radiant and gorgeous like I was ready to face the world AND the party I was about to go to.

Cargo – One Base Concealer + Foundation

I feel like I’ve talked about this product ad nauseam, but I feel it’s worth a mention that I didn’t use foundation (I don’t care what the title says, this particular product is only good for concealing), and only dabbed this on my discolored spots. I loved how much more natural this left my skin and now… I wasn’t sure of this product before but this won me over.

Kryolan – Supracolor in “032”

Although I hated Kryolan’s Icicle Gel, I am loving this Supracolor. It’s a bright orange that somehow works to blend into my face, making me look like I’ve been out in the sun and have the slightest tanned/burned look happening. I know, it’s fall and that makeup trend should be kept for the summer BUT I LIKE IT. I also have used this on my lips for a bright pop of color, or to mix it with other lipsticks to create a custom lip color. Finally, I actually used it on my eyelids in this picture. Its an all-in-one!

NARS – The Multiple in “BLKR”

This is a dark maroon in the tube but gives a lovely flush to the cheeks when dabbed on. It’s completely buildable and although the color may look scary on first sight, it doesn’t go on freakishly dark. I actually really like it and am surprised that it works so well on my pale skin.

NARS – Highlighting Blush in “Hot Sands”

I’m so happy I have this. It gives such a warm and healthy glow. Plus, its blush and highlight meaning I can skip steps in my makeup routine. I feel like I’m mastering the makeup hacks of the world now!

Pretty Vulgar – The Powder Room in “Matte About It”

I can’t be mad at this. It set my makeup for the night and didn’t turn into cake face. I’m glad I have a full size of it.

Clinique – High Impact Mascara

There’s nothing much else to add to everything else that’s been said about this mascara. It’s a good, solid, and reliable mascara. I don’t have to worry about panda eyes, and it gives me the right amount of lash drama without overdoing it.

Josie Maran – Illuminating Powder

Yes, I know, I used an absurd amount of highlighter when throwing this look together, but this brought the dewiness. It didn’t blaze out like, “HI, LOOK AT ME, I’M HIGHLIGHTER.” It was way more natural and I loved the extra zest it added to my face.

NARS – Sheer Lipstick in “Dolce Vita”

I think I promised to do a solo review on this product a loooong time ago and it has yet to happen. HOWEVER, I really like this lipstick. It goes with everything and doesn’t dry my lips out or make them gummy. Winning!

Paula’s Choice – On the Go Buffing Shield SPF 30

This will go on my regrets list because I really had no business buying it anyway. It’s a powder that will basically give you flashback nightmares, and it’s effects at helping protect your skin from the sun are negligible. If I’m in such intense heat that I’d feel obligated to reapply my sunscreen, this would not be the best protectant. Just saying.
