I don’t think it has anything to do with your site. I am finding some of my followers are refollowing because WP deleted them. I went through a week of not being able to like or comment on many sites. Some of my other followers are having the same problem. I hope they get it fixed!
Oh, well that’s kind of a relief to know! I can’t stop blaming myself!
