Laura Vandervoort isn’t the most well known celebrity out there. She once played supergirl on a little show known as “Smallville” or if you are like me, you discovered her on the reboot of “V”. Either way, I’m not here to talk about her career but her ability to rock a dress. She can look like a starlet from the 1940’s or she can modernize and smoke her eye out with the best of them. What I’m trying to say is, the girl has strong game when it comes to picking out the right dress.
I live for this dress. It’s what Barbie would’ve worn in the 1940’s if she had existed back then. It’s classy, it’s elegant and it’s not over the top. If only I had occasions to wear a dress like this!
Prettiest color ever and one that I don’t see enough of on the red carpet. Her dress even has a collar! I can’t even. No really, I want to but I CAN’T EVEN.
A look I can only DREAM of being able to pull off. It’s old meets new with the cut-outs in the dress, paired with that Hollywood glam of a bygone era.
And finally, one way to wear a Little Black Dress that’s off the beaten path. It makes me want to raid her closet and see what other fashion gems are hiding in there.
