Mashed Russet Potatoes with Cream Cheese from Martha Stewart.

Oh Martha Stewart. How you teach me to make so many things. This time, it’s mashed potatoes.

If I hadn’t led myself astray with the idea that I should keep the skin on the potatoes (something about keeping all the nutrition or some lazy half baked thought like that) I would have had a much more delightful dish!

These are quite garlicky and I love garlic. It tends to make my house smell when I use it but good lord it makes me happy.

For the record, I ate too much of these. I scarfed them down and then couldn’t eat leftovers because well… I oversaturated myself the first go round. Way to go Kristen. Way to go.
